Why does everyone think money buys happiness?

I don't know it makes me laugh. I've never been happy with anything new or nice. Happiness doesn't come from outcome it comes from doing things. People get lost in it I guess because unlimited money and a nice car let's you do whatever you want and be envied by a lot of people. I realized you find happiness in doing thing. When i do chores I do it in a way I enjoy and washing the dishes listening to music singing makes it look so fun other people in the house want to help me. Lol when I do laundry I hang it outside on the line spend the time in the sun toes in the grass enjoying it. I live my life in a way where everything I do is "playing". People look at me like fool but I personally think I figured out one of the greatest secrets to this life. When you learn to enjoy what yours doing you never work a day in your life..
