Would you agree that it is sometimes worth surrendering a bunch of freedom in order to save a bunch of lives, such as during the Covid lockdowns?

Some basic freedoms that were lost during Covid included going to restaurants, socializing at bars, enjoying concerts and sporting events. Heck, in California people even lost the freedom to go to the beach. Even protests and visiting friends and family were discouraged. But I think these restrictions on freedom were worth it because it saved a bunch of lives. Do you agree?

Yes, I agree. The reduction of freedom was worth it.
