I think we've reached a point where schools need either soldiers or professional armed officers in all schools on guard duty. Three officers or soldiers per school would make dealing with a shooter pretty easy and a lot faster than the cops could get there from the police station. They'll obviously have to have stunning records to work in the schools since it's their job to protect children but I've think we've reached the point where this is the best course of action and necessary. I don't care what happens to a kid if he goes school shooter mode. If his parents didn't want their son to be shot and killed when he's trying to kill others then they should have watched him closer and raised him better so as far as I'm concerned having three armed and professionally trained men like swat or national guard to kill a school shooter the moment they start there will be a lot less dead kids overall.

Another potential option is to make it so that schools have to be withing 2 blocks of a police station or less but that would be a lot more complicated because it would have to be a building code that was spread across the whole nation and it would become an absolute nightmare for urban planning and development and probably cost billions.

The chances of a school shooting are pretty much nil when the school has armed security, preferably local police officers. After the Christian school shooting in Nashville back in 2023, the school that got attacked the other day wrote Minnesota Governor Walz and requested his help in securing their school. They were completely ignored.

Probably when leftists stop going to no gun zones, pulling guns out in said no gun zones, and killing innocents. The vast majority of school shootings have been leftists. A shot ton of them recently have been trannies.

Perhaps we should ban leftists from owning guns, as those of us law abiding citizens don't go around killing people with our guns.

The idea we need to ban guns all together, suggests that only criminals will have guns. A defenseless society is a conquered society. One of the first things Hitler did when he took over was disarming the citizens. But you're too brainwashed to understand that.
