Thank you all for your responses, including the one unhinged liberal who generously provided a great example of the sort of hate that characterizes today's left. He is the radicalized product of the hate machine that is today's mainstream media. This manufactured hate and violence needs to end, and the only way that happens is if the left, and their complicit media partners like MSNBC and CNN, are held accountable. One isn't even really about her but does reference her so it shows up in the search. Last night I watched dozens of TikTok videos by liberals literally overtly celebrating Charlie's death. It's exactly what I was referring to in this question. It is sheer evil hatred. Incomprehensible! And these "people" are the product of the left and their media partners.

Any sensible person who visited the MSNBC website during and shortly after the election last year knows exactly why this happened. MSNBC has had to tone it back a lot in recent months because their ratings dropped so low after the election, but they are still at it. Today their main page is as unbiased and unhateful as I've ever seen it, no doubt due to how bad they looked yesterday after Matthew Dowd's comments yesterday, for which they were forced to apologize. At least they fired him immediately, but only due to the overwhelming backlash. Otherwise they would have just let it ride like they have countless times over the last year.
