Are people so blinded by hate, that it makes them dumb?

Obviously, if you have a gun, the use is to shoot and most people shoot to injure, injure enough that the person stops or retreats. These injuries can lead to death or disability. It's common sense. Somebody's gonna get hurt regardless, but within their death came new laws and restrictions. It's not good to celebrate someone's death because they wanted to keep the gun. If they make laws, the people decide whether to obey them or not. If they took all the people's guns away, still the rich , powerful, and the criminals would have them. The exact people you don't want to have the gun because they don't follow the rules, they're above the law and see everyone else as pawns.
You preach about gun violence until you need a gun to silence someone you disagree with.
You care about family until you don't like the father's activism.
You care about kids and the trauma of school shootings , but are fine with traumatizing them if they can kill someone you dislike.
I hate performative activism. it always gets uncovered. I'm a Democrat but for the last two elections, I didn't vote, both of the major parties had bad candidates and I wasn't picking the lesser of two evils. The fact that kamala could talk about coconut trees and spit traceable lies out, bring out celebrities, instead politicians to get our vote spoke volumes. The way the people cried for her loss, spoke to me even more.
This kirk death is just like the Biden Vax vs. non-vaxxer thing. Just spewing hate for people who are unsure about new medication. It didn't matter if your other shots were up to date or you wore your mask all the time (Me), if you didn't take the shot they made in the last 2 years, your livelihood was taken away and you were called stupid. The same people who aren't giving you free healthcare, aren't helping veterans, are messing with produce, are the ones making you take the shot. You don't feel any type of way? The virus that got out because scientists were playing with it? Blind Trust & rage

That is the search results for "Melissa Hortman" who was murdered. One post isn't even really about her but does mention her name so it shows in the results. The other post is by a known right wing supporter trying to blame the democrats (hint: shooter was not a democrat). Here is the link to the search results. All two of them.

Now, there is a screenshot of the search for "Charlie Kirk". There are countless posts of outrage from the right. Where were they when the poor woman that was a democrat was murdered? Not a peep other than one trying to blame democrats.

So you can see it is really just the right that tries to whip people up into a frenzy but only when it benefits them. They are the issue.

Yes, it makes them stupid. A person who has a real inner light, a real intellect, can be made stupid by hatred. The intellect is a tool, and when it's used by a person blinded by hate, it becomes a tool for justifying their own anger and creating more division. It's the opposite of love. A person with a real feeling for the beauty of the world, a person with a light-filled soul, can't be stupid. The feeling for the world's beauty and order is the very thing that makes them not stupid. That feeling is a light that illuminates the world and the intellect that is meant to understand it.

Sort of, hate is an emotion. Too many people let their emotions control them instead of controlling their emotions. When that happens, critical thinking ceases and irrational behavior results. It makes average people, even intelligent people, appear quite stoopid. Everyone is guilty of it sometimes, but modern democrats have become infamous for living every waking moment of their lives in an emotional stupor.

Pretty much yes. When people let themselves run completely on emotion they stop thinking critically and make stupid sloppy mistakes. while can argue and disagree with each other politically we shouldn't be killing each other.
