How come rich sister never wants to help other's financially?

Why wealthy people never want to help. I needed more money to put down for a double wide my girlfriend and I want to buy.

I called my sister and ask her if she can let me borrow some money. My sister was the only lucky one with with enough cash yet she doesn't want to share it or help my family out.

My sister made a lot of Karen statements and simply told me No. My sister yelled on my ear over the phone that she isn't a walking ATM. What? It's not fair. We need help , I sold my house and currently living with my parents. My parents need to save up for retirement so they are a no and doing enough by just letting me stay at their house for free while I get the double wide trailer situated. My sister doesn't want to help me financially when she rich. How can I forced her to let me borrow money?

Because she's smart, you won't pay it back your parents know the same hence they won't give you a loan either
