Conservative and republican are not synonymous. Wealthy businesspeople know that in modern history republicans supported big business early and often. Therefore big business supported republicans. Democrats are in on the game now too. Big tech and big pharma both support democrats much more than republicans. Wealthy people’s first and greatest priority is absolutely staying rich and getting richer. Even the ones who identify as democrats. Warren Buffet has claimed he’s going to donate all of his wealth when he dies. What a great guy! NOPE! Why not donate it all RIGHT NOW? Because even a democrat billionaire cares more about HIS money than other people.
