Attacking trans women has already hurt all women, especially women who aren't trans who just don't fit gendered norms (like having short hair or not wearing makeup). You don't even have to accept that trans women are women (they are) to acknowledge that obviously when you start policing who is and isn't a woman, all women are now being policed and attacked when they fail some standard of "real woman."

And supporting all women's rights helps support and protect every kind of woman from attack. Supporting trans women helps other women who also benefit from the same medical procedures, and who may also be seen as "masculine" especially to strangers. It helps protect women who excell at sports from being attacked and accused of "cheating" just for being good—whether they are trans or intersex or neither.

All women benefit when trans women are included and supported. All women are put at risk when trans women are excluded and demonized.

Well dont trans people want to be the opposite gender they are born into and it causes them great pain that they can never be? What if you were born into the gender you feel you are without surgeries or hormones or anything else and be able to have children? Japanese scientists have just announced that they can eliminate downsyndrome genetically and no more babies will be born with down syndrome soon, wouldn't most parents choose that? Would most parents choose not to have a trans child if there was the option. There is just no stopping progress.

Disagree. Feminists are supposed to be about women's rights. Trans-women are not women.
Feminists and men posing as women should be natural enemies.

I mean, how could feminists support the idea of men competing against women in sports competitions by pretending to be women? Those men are robbing women of the opportunities they started benefiting from 50 years ago.
How could feminists support the idea of men invading women's showers and locker rooms?

If there is one thing that is clear about modern feminism, it's that they care ONLY about women and women's interests. Nothing and no one else! Ever.

And guess what... trans "women" are men, not women, and therefore feminists don't give a flying fuck about them or what they want. Sorry to burst your rainbow bubble.

I’m not a feminist, but I feel like trans women have nothing to do with feminism.

If anything, they go against feminism because it involves men taking away from the womanhood that has always existed and trying to force their way into our gender without even going through the biological issues that women have (menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, etc) or even the social issues (such as worrying about being sexually assaulted or feeling in danger at night.)
