It's sick that Palestinians held by Israel for years without charge are called prisoners, as if they are guilty of committing crimes. But Israel, the U. S. and western media never mention the 12,300 to 11,000 "prisoners", many of them women and children, and just keep howling about hostages.
It just goes to show that the lives of innocent Palestinians don't matter to Israel and the west.

The hostages were captured to trade for Palestinian prisoners. And by all accounts, even by Israeli hostages that were released, they were treated exceedingly well. The only ones who died were killed by the IDF.

On the other hand, Palestinian prisoners are starved, raped and tortured. Some of the torture results in amputated limbs. And many die from abuse while in custody.

There is a difference between the humane Palestinians and Israeli monsters, but western media doesn't allow us to see that. All we hear are hasbara lies.

The palestinians either were or actively supported terrorists, including one who is known to have raped and murdered a 13 year old child. The hostages were civilians who were just living life when shit heads attacked.
