Probably just to shoot them. He is notorious for having a negative view on disabled people, thinking they make him look bad (as if. He does a good job of that himself). Other than that, he probably outsources it to Steven Miller, the nazi—because Orangetang is not big on policies.

There are multiple government agencies that are helping the disabled. Shutting down the government will most like have an adverse effect on these agencies. President Trump and the Republicans in congress want to keep the government open. The democrats are using their vote as leverage to get their way and are holding the disabled and people receiving SNAP benefits as hostages to extort 1.5 trillion dollars from taxpayers.

It takes 60 votes in the senate to pass a CR. The Republicans only have 53. JD Vance makes it 54. John Fetterman voted for it. As well as Angus King. We still need 4 democrats to pass this.
