Shortly after the original DoJ memo vanished, a new one was filed, according to Politico's Kyle Cheney — this one completely omitting any references to Taranto being a January 6 rioter, or that Trump had posted Obama's home address shortly before the incident.

Despite the pardons for Jan. 6 rioters, a number have not only continued to face unrelated charges, but have been hit with new ones.

The J6 prosecutions were a witch hunt by Democrats who were determined to make everyone at the Trump rally that day look like an "insurrectionist" even if they didn't enter the building.
It put the icing on the cake of Democrats' dishonesty, hypocrisy and utter despicability.

Leftists are famous for rioting, looting, vandalizing and committing arson, even on police stations and vehicles. So the Democrats were desperate to paint Trump supporters as being even more dangerous and violent.

I have, what I consider to be, liberal values. I am not a huge Trump supporter. But I am ashamed to be associated with modern leftists and especially ideological Democrats who can't recognize evil in their own party.

They protested the election because none of these instances of fraud was given a proper investigation yet every single person that was in DC that day were investigsted. One person was tracked down after almost 4 years. He was off the grid and after many man hours the FBI finally tracked him down. He was not actually in the Capitol but across the street. He still got jail time.
If the voter fraud was investigsted as thoroughly as the protesters Jan 6th never would have happened.

@DrPepper12 There were videos of boxes of ballots being taken out from under tables after everyone was sent home. There was a van that showed up and a box of ballots was given to a poll worker. The video was taken by a democat polll worker who testified that they were ballots. She was a long time poll worker so I imagine she knew what a ballot looked like. She was also a registered democrat. The investigation was stopped when the woman was told that the video was blurry and they could not tell if the ballot sized pieces of paper were actually ballots. I wanted to know if the FBI could track down somebody who was across the street from the capitol who was living off the grid in Maine why could they not track don the van that delivered the ballots? There were other instances such as the districts that had more ballots than there were registered voters and ballots that only had the Presidential election filled out. 99% of those ballots voted for biden a statistics impossibility.

The first two sentences of your reply are completely at odds. First you’re saying the voter fraud was enough to stop the proceedings. …huh? it was? Followed by the statement that it wasn’t given proper investigation—so which is it? And according to who? Who decides it wasn’t given proper investigation? …a handful of misinformed idiots?
Instances of voter fraud is supposed to be hashed out in COURT. The 60-some cases brought in MULTIPLE states, in front of MULTIPLE judges, all said across the nation, ‘BULLSHIT’. These were republican appointed judges too, in red states. Guillianni and his ill prepared legal wackos had nothing.
So basically these idiots disagreed with 60-some judges and their rulings, and got riled up by Pres. Pedo (because I dunno, they’re already in a conspiracy sorta mindset?…who knows).
The point is, if there was voter fraud, they didn’t prove it. If they disagreed, so what? —it doesn’t justify the violent assault and breaking into the Capitol.

The last statement from you above might as well of said, ‘if the finding of voter fraud aligned with the views of this small group of extreme ill-informed minority of people protesting, then Jan. 6 would have never happened’ —which is INSANE.
Why is this so hard for you to understand? Why go to such lengths to try and press this into something it’s clearly not?
