When I was 25, I definitely cared more about sex and having fun. But I still got involved with civil rights and anti-war protests, support for Native Americans, farm workers, women's rights and environmentalism. I didn't care much about politics, per se. Even back then, I didn't trust politicians.

I assume it's much the same today. Young people probably care more about sex and having fun. But that isn't to say that they are apathetic about certain issues.

I care more about politics but then get frustrated I can't do much about any of it so I end up drinking and then having sex.

Up until around age 40, I had no care for politics, religion, morality or economics. Then things began to change in my mind
