Why are dating preferences not covered by anti discrimination laws?

Where I live anti discrimination laws do exist. For example it’s illegal to refuse public services such as housing, restaurant service or medical treatment for a person based on their race or ancestral background.

When it comes to dating though it’s actually legal (not illegal) for a person to reject another person just because of their race or ancestral background.

Relationships are 100% voluntary. Anyone can reject/date/break up with anyone for any reason. Why would there be laws to force people to date people they don't want to date?
