Cute but there are good reasons women are paid less. They have higher absentee rates than men and are more likely to leave their job either for an extended leave or permanently for various reasons such as having children. They are not as committed to their jobs. For this reason alone, they are paid less because they are worth less to an employer.
As a former corporate manager I have seen so many cases of this in my career that I can't count them all. We had spent fortunes training female employees only to have them give up their careers to have children and raise them and just walk out. And they were constantly pushing for extra privileges such as being allowed to work from home when we needed their presence in the office.
The labor market pays what an employee is worth just like any other kind of free market. And the cold hard truth that no one wants to mention is that women are worth less as employees for the reasons enumerated above. They are a more risky hire which means all else being equal they are worth less than hiring a man.
I have seen this woman's videos before... They are great! (but don't overpay her ) 🤣
🤣🤣🤣
That’s pretty funny!
I also have access to a tremendous amount of research that debunks the “wage gap” myth for people who are more offended than entertained. Just sayin’.
I do not watch video's. The only natural reason why it makes sense to pay a man more than a woman on average is because a man can contribute and output more than a woman can. Testosterone is a power hormone.
That is true for jobs that require physical work. But also for all jobs, women have a higher absentee rate than men and are more likely to leave their jobs for personal reasons.
It's kind of odd. I get paid exactly the same pay as the guy doing the exact same job where I work.
So do millions of other women. But if you look at the entire workforce, women earn less than men overall. It is the result of several things including that women tend to choose lower paying careers, have higher absentee rates and are more likely to leave their jobs for personal reasons and therefore less reliable employees compared to men.

Though funny, it doesn't explain the pay gap which statistically is a myth which this video does a good job at explaining.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/QcDrE5YvqTsNow, women choose lower-paying jobs that are more fun because they know that they can get a man to support them just by having sex with them, or having kids, or both.
no the pay gap is due to boobs. some women make more, it's what you are able to negotiate and how you define your value.
and it doesn't explain the lack of pay gap between the 20% that produce and the 80% that slack.
I once spent a weekend with a female friend. To clarify we are just friends. It was amazing to see how she pretty much got everything for free. She is average looking but so am I.
As far as I know she slept with no one. She flirted, unbuttoned a few buttons on her blouse and gave out a fake phone number a few times.
Some the nature of job differences betweensome men and some women, some sexism.
It explains it perfectly. Thanks tom for the laugh.
The gender pay gap is due to a number of things like women taking more time off for childcare. Let's not forget as well that while men make the money women spend it. Most shopping is done by women.
subjective at best
Heh, it almost played then remembered it isn't supposed to. What she say?
Don't you have to prove that there IS ONE?
Female doctor, female lawyer? What?
It's funny, and kinda subjective.
Absolutely
