Some people know how to create happiness for themselves with what they have and some do not.
I've been sad for a long time but I finally realized, if I want to be truly happy, I have to use the cards I've been dealt and use them well.

Trending & News I think... humans experience a roller coaster of emotions throughout their lives. Happiness is fleeting. We experience ups and downs in our lives. It's hard to feel at the peak 24/7 unless your brain is somehow manipulated to do so (I believe it will be possible in the future).
If you live with a terminal illness since birth, then I'd say your circumstances would make it extremely difficult to be happy often.
If you are healthy and have a very supportive and understanding family, then it's much easier to be happy often.
There are many aspects that affect how often we're happy.
Your mindset in life, how grateful you are for the things you have, the ability to focus on the present moment, how kind your are to yourself even in the face of inadequacy or failure.
Having deep meaningful relationships with with family, friends, and the community.
Being healthy and active in your life affects how happy you are more than people realize. You need to exercise often, get enough sleep, and practice good nutrition.
You need to have a feeling purpose and meaning. You need to focus your energy on those for real satisfaction and fulfillment.
Then there's life circumstances. Financial security, work, freedom, safety and security, being connected with nature, etc.
There are so many aspects to happiness.
To answer the question, it's both something you create and find. You create it internally through introspection and hard work, but you find external factors that help you to be happy as well such as being connected with loved ones, the community, and nature. We are social creatures.
You are right. It's bit of both. It depends upon us, we create the good environment. Enjoy your life, enjoy every moment. If you ever feel sad, lonely, bored I'm always here to listen, talk, give my shoulder 😊

Always welcome friend. ๐๐
Oh, these questions are so confusing. Why do I even try to answer.
Like, say u have 2 people sitting in a field all afternoon side by side. Same circumstances yet 1 is happy and 1 is not. Why? 'Cuz of something they are thinking? Did they find a thought or create one? Say one loves being outside, did they find happiness from being there or create it from going there?
Do I just overthink everything too much?
I think itโs something we create.
Life gives us moments, people, and opportunities, but happiness grows from how we show up to them, the choices we make, the boundaries we set, and the meaning we give to things.
Finding it is luck.
Keeping it is work.

My belief is we have everything we've ever wanted inside of our bodies, our soul, our spirits. We are the only one on the inside of us. So we are the only ones that can make us happy or sad
In life, people come into our lives.\n And let's say you're sitting on the couch for month after month, somebody comes into your life, and you start doing things together when this happens, it's all brand new, they're opening up new doors doors with inside view.
When these doors open, we think of these people that we are with. They're making us feel something they're not. They're just opening up the doors for our feelings. To come are the only ones that can give us.
Those feelings, they can open up doors, but that's it. We make the choice to become happier. Sad. We allow it or we don't
What we do wrong though, is we look at this person that we're with as making us feel this way. So that's when love and like in all this stuff starts emerging
We have to realize it's not them that is doing it, it's us the doing it. It is allowing ourselves to fill something. It's a choice , it is an emotion
When you find yourself in life, you start opening all these doors up yourself and becoming the real you, you don't wait for somebody to open up the doors for us. Love is loving ourselves
Happiness is all around us we have to create the mindset like tuning a radio to experience it.
When I had really bad depression I used to do this thing whenever I was sort of in paralysis where I would just take a look around and ask myself "what here is having the least negative effect on me"
And because I was all fucked up in the head I'd be in my car like "I hate this air vent, fuck that light on the ceiling that flickers sometimes... We'll it's kinda a cool design I guess."
Until I'd find stuff that just looking at it kinda put me... Even if not in a good mood a significantly better one.
Depression a lot of the time is hyperfixation on things we don't know how to change.
Find things to love and appreciate about what's already around you. It's so much more possible than it sounds.
My experience has been that happiness is something we create. In my own life, happiness came out of making intentional choices to do, say and think fulfilling things each day. And that eventually translated to surrounding myself with people who make the intentional choice to be happy. There's something about living with a sense of purpose that really seems to make that happiness a lot more accessible.
I've seen far too many people living absolutely miserable lives. And generally, those people have lived in a very self centered and purposeless way.
I now know create. It's entirely creatable.

Bear what can be borne. All can be borne with the right perspective.

For me personally its more like happiness is something that found me. for the longest time i was a very unconfident shy quite person with no back bone and it always bugged me for the longest time. i also kept comparing myself to others and constantly feeling like i just didn't measure up with the rest of society... well after a huge crisis that lasted a couple years i managed to conquer these fears i had for the longest time and become more confident. now i am a lot more happy than i ever had been. i still have moments where i feel a bit lonely and such, but for the most part i find i can tackle most challenges life throws at me and still feel content in the end.
So yeah happiness found me.
I believe that it's something we create by our own nature. If you are generally a happy person then it will be natural and you won't have to work at it.
Something we sing! 😀
You create it in your own mind and soul rather than have it given externally. External factors can influence it for sure though but it depends on your goals and investment in them
Neither, it's irrelevant.
Happiness, like boredom is something more people misunderstand than actually understand.
You have to do it for yourself. I have a pretty good life but sometimes I ger sad about things that happened to m that maybe were not fair.
Happiness is an internal emotion, no one can make you happy. You have to cultivate it from within.
Happiness is subjective. I think we can create it and we can happiness in what we want.
Itโs both. Some people are never happy and canโt be made happy. Maybe for short periods of time
Happiness is a choice, both in creation and in finding it.
For women its a myth. Those creatures can never be happy. They have beautiful curly hair and they straighten it. They have straight hair and they curl it. Dark hair and they bleach it. Blonde hair amd they die it Black. Small boobs and they get implants, big boobs and they get reductions. Infinite misery.
Happiness happens after something bad gets over with, and just before something bad happens again.
It's mostly something we find. Most people are not capable of creating happiness out of nothing.
I love what Jimmy Carr said about it
https://www.youtube.com/embed/HFahd25BgQgA bit of both but it's simply impossible to feel happy all the time. Happiness comes and goes
Find. Creating is artificial. Ignorance ain't bliss when you are aware.
I think happiness is something we find.
I agree with your assessment.
If depends on the situations
We create happiness for ourselves.
Both ways
