Should the USA annex Guyana and Suriname and buy French Guiana?

We should acquire all three for their natural resources and make them a territory like PR. Guyana and Suriname would do that because of the support and protection they would receive. The French would resist until Trump made them an appealing offer. This would also give us a strategic presence near Venezuela, which is threatening Guyana already. Take the poll.
