I would have to say it happens to everyone. But I'm the same guy I was when I was. 21 just smarter happier wiser who you are on the inside remains.
The out side gets older if that what you believe it's all in your frame of mind. It's how we've been programmed

I am going to be awesome. I want to be like Jack LaLanne. He towed 70 rowboats 1.5 miles on hos 70th birthday

I remember that back when he did that on tv since my parents were watching it and were talking about it but I thought he was 65 when he did that?

Yeah, I knew he died in his 90s and he was in great shape, I wish I had that motivation and determination, I wonder what I should try to do on my 60th in July😊

I don’t know about the beer, but I did do about 40 something miles on a bike a little over a year ago

@Likes2drive When i ran my first marathon I was told that if you can run 20 miles , you can probably run 26 miles. It was true but the last three miles were tough. So if you csn do 40 miles you should be able to go for 60.
Probably the same is true for beer.

Mmm my great grandfather died at 45. I been drinking since like 12 viva (Mexico) 😅. My family knows how I drink my sister s son told me no way you make it to 50. Stopped my hopes fast 🤭😆. Honestly I'm already bored I'm 39 I just live for alcohol, ladies and cars.
