You always see these influences with 100-1mill followers flexing. Yet it doesn’t look like they really do anything

Man, I don't know. What I do know is I have a friend who has a 20 year old daughter. I don't have any insight into how much time and effort this requires, but just being an "influencer" on tiktok she gets free merchandise given to her continually, does dumb tiktok ads for it, and is making $70k a year.

Nope. She gets commissions from the tiktok shop when people buy. She doesn't handle any orders or merch.

Thats how they make their money... putting out photos/videos. They got money. Now some may not handle that money great... but they making money
