USA government to collapse in 5 years. What do you think of this?

I have been told by God that the USA government is going to go bankrupt in the next 5 years. Some consequences of this is we'll need to do the following, or face permanent hyper-inflation and unrest:

New Constitution with balanced budget requirement.

Fewer "Rights" and more duties.

One governing body, the Congress, with no president and no judicial branch outside the Congress. Senators will have 2 votes and representatives will have 1vote each. There would be a Judicial Committee composed of 1 Senator from each State.

Ban Refundable Child Tax Credits to discourage irresponsible families, saving around 200 billion per year.

Downsize the Military by a factor of 5. This will save around 750 billion per year.

Downsize the Federal Government itself by a factor of 5, saving a few hundred billion more per year.

Ban Fema and privatize Flood Insurance. There would be "build at your own risk" laws for withing 5 miles of the coast in hurricane prone areas and certain other repeat flood zones.

Ban the Fed Chair and permanently set interest rate to 3% (same as average annual inflation long-term). This will stabilize the economy permanently.

Ban abortion, which is murder to begin with, and is killing the economy by aging the average population beyond the ability of Social Security to pay for itself.

Social Security only pays for 7 years of retirement, yet the average man is on it for 12 years and the average woman is on it for 19 years. This is unsustainable, so we must either increase social security tax, or else push back the age of retirement by a few more years.

Watch and learn. 5 years is a long time, but not that long at the same time. A complete government collapse is at risk of happening if it doesn't' get changed. We'll literally need a new Constitutional Convention to get this done.
