Wel, there's this thing called a House of Representatives, see, followed by a Senate. Yes, Trump can do Executive Orders with respect to *enforcement* of many laws, but an actual "National Weed Law" that he favors has to get to his desk before he can sign it.

It's a step in the right direction. Marijuana should be legal, though. People should be allowed to grow it themselves and cut out the commercial retailers.
