I do not agree with or advocate for revenge porn. My question: how can laws really protect against this?

One can post their own nude or semi-nude photos so he/she can suggest an ex posted it/them and try to get their ex in trouble.

It doesn't take a lot to use proxy servers to hide the poster.

In the same way, if the server is off shore, it's also likely that such photos would be difficult, if not impossible to control.

I'd never suggest such actions are okay. I'm just wondering how it can be effective to control.
