5 moWhen you control the media, you can control the grift. Or as Voltaire said:
" Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities"What's happening in the USA now is an atrocity because too many people believed absurdities, and still do.

They just use illegality and drug smuggling, both of which are lies, as cover for their embarrassment and shame about being racists.
20 ReplyI don't know you tell us. You focus on brown people and support a dictator that was indicted for narco-terrorism and will be convicted. We don't know why you hate this country. Most of us suspect that you are mentally retarded, but feel free to justify yourself Riddler.

Trump may be a convicted felon but he is the best president since WW2.

No, it won't be overturned. Trump's not even trying to get it overturned. Why take the risk?
By the way, you claimed: " Legally he is not a convicted felon until h is sentenced. ", which is true, but to be honest about it you'd have to change the two "is" to "was". It happened, stop lying about it.

8.1K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. What convicted felon? Trump who got charged with what is supposed to be fines?

Hm, on a question of law, should I believe @Snakeyes7 or a court of law, a grand jury and a trial jury?
"The defendant DONALD J. TRUMP repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election.
From August 2015 to December 2017, the Defendant orchestrated a scheme with others to influence the 2016 presidential election by identifying and purchasing negative information about him to suppress its publication and benefit the Defendant’s electoral prospects. In order to execute the unlawful scheme, the participants violated election laws and made and caused false entries in the business records of various entities in New York. The participants also took steps that mischaracterized, for tax purposes, the true nature of the payments made in furtherance of the scheme." - 4 mo
@goaded yeah, that would still be a fine. None of this justifies the upgrade to felony.
Also I remember the trial. The lawyer who Trump supposedly paid off Daniel's (which I assume was the embarrassing thing) admitted to paying her off because he wanted to not because Trump told him, meaning he charged Trump more than normal knowing he will pay it without looking. If anyone should be in prison it should be him for fraud on the invoices.
Even if that wasn't true, then Biden should go through the exact same shit for declaring ant story about the Hunter Biden laptop to be Russian malinformation or whatever, only for them to come out to say it was true after he won the election. When will that prosecution ever happen?
Anonymous(45 Plus)5 moIf they're here illegally, they ARE felons!! DUUUUH!!

Opinion Owner4 mo@goaded And we're NOT talking about that!! We're talking about people that CAME HERE ILLEGALLY AND REFUSE TO LEAVE!! What part of that don't you get?

Opinion Owner4 mo@goaded If their visa's expired, they SHOULD get deported!! That's on them!! They KNEW what they needed to do to stay legal and they chose to ignore it!! ANY OTHER COUNTRY WOULD DO THE SAME!!! SOME would even come HUNTING for you!!
- 4 mo
"If their visa's expired, they SHOULD get deported" Sure, but they are not felons, as you claimed. And it's not true that DHS is only deporting people who "KNEW what they needed to do to stay legal and they chose to ignore it" either, because otherwise they wouldn't be making arrests at immigration hearings in courthouses, would they?
Those people are being sent to a torture prison in El Salvador or held in concentration camps in the US.
"SOME would even come HUNTING for you!!" is just nonsense.
Opinion Owner4 mo@goaded YOU just claimed they were felons! I just said they were here illegally.
I also never said that they were the ONLY ones that were getting deported!! If ANYONE is here illegally, they get deported, however, I'd be willing to bet that if someone HAD visa and said they were going to update it very soon, they'd either be allowed to stay or just get put somewhere UNTIL they updated.
I doubt that! That's only for the felons.
Okay, go ahead and try that in another country and see if you don't get hunted down!- 4 mo
This is a typically frustrating conversation where you claim up is down and black is white and expect people won't even read your opinion: "If they're here illegally, they ARE felons!! DUUUUH!!"
You'd lose your bet. People who have green cards and homes and American families are being locked up for months or deported if they have so much as an old speeding ticket. People are being locked up for months or deported who arrived in court to see a judge about their immigration status.
I read the "hunting" thing as referring to the immigrants, not governments. That's not usually the case, either. If you don't come to the notice of the police, by being caught speeding or whatever, you can usually live below the radar. The US used to be like that just a year ago. Now people who have made lives there for decades and are upstanding members of their communities are being deported, sometimes to countries they haven't been to since they were children.
www.indy100.com/.../donald-trump-voter-wife-detained
"Muñoz, who has no criminal record and who came to the US legally, had overstayed her J-1 exchange visitor visa, meaning her immigration status was still pending following her marriage.
Without their documents to hand, Muñoz was detained and taken to an ICE detention centre in Miami before being transported to a privately run detention centre in Louisiana. It took almost a week for [her husband] to find out where she was being held."
Good news! She was released. "Trump voter's wife freed after 49 days in ICE custody Bradley Bartell and Camila Munoz have been reunited after she spent 49 days in ICE detention."
