There ws a video released by Mike Johnson the Tucker Carlson showed. It showed that there were Capitol police officers standing behind Ashley Babbitt as she climbed through the broken window. She clearly had her hands up and she clearly was not armed. The cop shot her before she got clear of the window. Shot her in the neck.
He clearly murdered her and was never charged. Yet.
