I dont think it matters, land can't be owned. I think trump and biden both point out everything wrong in this world. Everything as we know is going to collapse. Neither is right because competition is a way of conflict. Greenland is going to be Greenland to me no matter who owns its... I think attachment is suffer, look at the problems it makes. Zero chance. After Denmark said this morning they won't meet with Trump to negotiate the sale of Greenland and NATO allies wouldn't back down, TACO Trump backed off his tariff threats. Trump met with Mark Rutte secretary general of NATO and he caved. The US has had an agreement since just after WW2 that they can build bases on Greenland.

Well we now have the answer and it is NO he didn't! What he got was what we already have there "permission to put as much military as he wants on the island much like the piece we have in Cuba. I think it will take a long time to get relations back as they use to be with the European's after this madman's ridiculous quest to own the Iceland.

Trump doesn't want China or Russia to buy Greenland and he will fight tooth and nail until Trump owns Greenland.

Trump doesn't like losing anything. Period. So, it's a matter of principle that he is the winner!

It doesn't matter what the people of Greenland want or what things are going to happen that won't benefit them but only make their lives worse.

No, he will likely use the military base we already have there, and funnel his people in there far more than usual, and try to push his way in and make bases, or he will push out saying they need more and more room for the extra troops, and frame it as a compromise.

I’m still waiting to see actual evidence China or Russia wants Greenland. He keeps saying that but I still have not seen proper proof yet.
Just assuming it’s true. Why can’t the USA help Greenland without Greenland becoming part of the USA? For example foreign countries in Europe are already helping Greenland by sending troops there and they aren’t asking for Greenland to become part of their country.

I think Greenland will remain a semi-independent area of Denmark. Trump will negotiate a deal where the US will increase its military presence there, and will have the rights to mine precious minerals.
