If billionaires want India to succeed, then why aren't they building over there? Why are they "forcing" the workers to immigrate?

Why can't they have two buildings in different places? Wouldn't it be cheaper? Unless they want Indians... but why would they want Indians? The fumes alone should get them fired. They don't even need experience and these companies are hiring them and firing native workers.

The idea is to export their Indian labor surplus to make more money in the west and eventually that money will make its way back when Indians return home.

In the west its about keeping wages low by importing cheap labor workers. The EU tried this with economic migrants and refugees from Africa and the middle east but its largely backfired as they dont want to work and they've become a burden to the state. Indian migrants to Britain are a big contrast to say Pakistani migrants in that they work and dont gang rape.

there's also a push to make Europe less white and to counter the conservative parties rising by litteraly bringing in as many non white migrants as possible and giving them the right to vote so they will vote the way socialists want

Who said that billionaires wanted India to succeed?

Billionaires want to get their necessary labor completed reliably at the lowest possible price. That's what billionaires care about.

Apple had manufacturing in China because - with a lot of work and oversight and cooperation from government - they were able to get their products made reliably, and at a lower price than the west. But then China locked down the country multiple times, each time for several months. This is what finally woke up most big business to the realities of China, which has led to more than half of all western manufacturing to be moved out of China, with much of it going to India.

Lower price is important, but more than that is reliable production, and China proved itself to be unreliable. Not the workers but the government.

In India, Apple has been promised more control and less interference by the government. Apple believes that they can eventually achieve the quality and reliability that China used to offer, but it takes time to scale up that kind of production.

That said, India has lots of problems too, and billionaires only care about that to the degree that it affects their companies.

Now, for non-manufacturing jobs, companies like, say, Microsoft can pay an Indian worker a fraction of what they have to pay an American (and remember that what the worker gets paid is only about half of what the worker costs the business when you add 15% employment tax, local taxes, the cost of benefits like health care and retirement contributions, etc. If the company brings them in on a Visa, then the employee is virtually enslaved as the company can send them home for any reason.

The US enforces laws that protect businesses and employers much more strictly. In India the natives can literally rob a shop or a plant of everything and nobody will be arrested, let alone tried.
In the US, you go to prison for decades if you rob a bank or an armored courier. Kill someone and be out in eight. Go to prison for stealing a tank of gas. Get “intensive probation” for using it to set someone on fire.
If you look closely enough at our laws and how they’re enforced, it becomes perfectly clear who and what our government is designed to protect, as well as who among us are expendable for their purposes. Other countries don’t have those protections… yet. That will all change soon enough. The US economy will be deliberately tanked, and all the banks and corporations will focus on developing one or two third world countries into their new center for capitalism. It has happened before and it will happen again.
