It’s unnecessary to put substances in the water to control most people. Therefore it is not worth the effort and investment. Most people are dumb and quite easily manipulated through the most elementary psychological operations. The remaining resistant minds are easily enough marginalized socially. As for Minnesota’s office of governor Tim Walz is currently in office & has been since 2019. As for Jesse Ventura he was the 38th governor of Minnesota from 1999 to 2003 & is no longer in office. As for putting stuff in the water they don’t even have to do that because there is so much crap in there already.

Jesse Ventura was great in the television show Conspiracy Theory & was a good wrestler as well.
