1. Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act

Wrong. They were arrested for violating a peaceful church service, which is illegal per the FACE act. It's not journalism to break the law. A journalist cannot go anywhere they want. How would you feel if a so-called journalist barged into your home and started asking you and your family questions, as well as commenting on your taste in furniture?

I have my thoughts. It certainly looked like journalism. I think its also silly that if a story is occurring in a place of worship the story cannot be told. What if it was a shooting? Oh its a church no reporters allowed... well thats silly. However I think the courts will ultimately decide.
