What happened to Don happened because nobody respects him as a journalist. He cares more about looking like a freedom fighter than reporting in anything so now he gets to be one like he wants to so bad.

The guy is the biggest loser in all of television and I can tell you first hand nobody I've met who knows that guy respects him at all. Yes, arresting and limiting legitimate journalist (though I personally find fault at thinking Lemon is a legitimate journalist) from being able to report on the government's corruption, is a recipe for disaster.

Journalists aren't above the law. Imagine what Don did in that church was done to him. Imagine his kids were being set up to be doxed like that. Don Lemon was trespassing at a place of worship, which he doesn't even believe in, and taking part in an illegal protest there. He was asked by the pastor and owners of the place to LEAVE several times and refused to leave.

Trespassing is usually a felony where I live.

I remember the story where a man was praying outside an abortion clinic. Later that day or the next day a SWAT team arrives at his home and hauls him away in front of his wife and kids. Now the shoe is on the other foot and the left is screaming about it. 😆
