A combination of cheating in elections with gerrymandering and voter obstruction plus the fact that non whites and women are not immune to stupidity. They will also vote to trash their own self interests over and over again if you feed them the right hate propaganda and fake culture war bullshit. Do you have any idea how many Latinos voted for Project 2025 thinking that "oh they're not coming for me, they're only going to deport those other brown people"? Some are dumber than a bag of rocks.

Because not all non-whites are Democrat. Many blacks, Latinos and other races and ethnicies have rather conservative values. They want low taxes, prosperity, law and order, oppose the push to normalize transgenderism, may oppose abortion for religious reasons, and oppose illegal immigration.
They have assimilated and appreciate American values and opportunities.
