Why are many medical Breakthroughs happening after the US left WHO?

Major breakthroughs happen every year. While I agree that things have been a bit more active since US left WHO ( Which is utterly insane ) it is not an unprecedented increase.

The thing to note is that a major breakthrough in testing does not always translate to a major new cure or treatment. Most of the time it is more like finding a new puzzle piece than solving the puzzle. Still, I absolutely hope we can beat some of these incurable conditions many people suffer from. So lets hope for major things.

Not much of anything exciting, there! I've been curing cancer for years!! There's nearly 400 known natural cancer cures and Drs. have been IGNORING them for nearly a century or more, now!!

Same reason there were breakthroughs before the US left. The US leaving shouldn't affect it in any way.
