The 1% used propaganda to train the morons to believe that Capitalism is the only way and everything else violates not just common sense but the word of the moron's "God". The morons bought the lies and they've been voting themselves into poverty as long as there has been voting. Communism evil. Socialism bad. Even though the morons can't describe either of those things.

ha... civil war in USA resolved the slavery issue. After that, they figured out the right way to do it... enslave EVERYONE!! Took a few years til 1913, and there's reserve banks everywhere with fiat currency. If you work a job, you are a slave.

Look back at all the wealth someone in the 1970's made, like a boxer Sugar Ray Leonard... made lots of money! If he didn't invest that effectively or lost it in the markets, he can barely afford a house now.

I've always been for going back to a time where we traded everything. Like a bartering system. It would make things more fair for everyone. But of course they will never go back to something like that. Not as long as the 1% is thriving.

If we didn't have money, we would reinvent it. It's a PITA not having money when the thing you want is made some distance away. Without money how are you going to get it? Pile up a bunch of whatever you have and go there? What if the other party doesn't need what you have? Are you going to ask them what they need, go trade for all those things, then go get what you want? For a long time we used metal coins. That worked pretty well until economies started growing faster than the money supply.

@msc545 perhaps, but it never lasts long until either someone gains power again or worse, let's be honest, socialism and comunism is property envy, the rich and powerfull people doesn't have to forgo their own to make us happy.
socialism usually turns into comunisn where you are not allowed to be rich even if you are able to.

Socialism sometimes does turn into communism. However, not being allowed to be rich at the expense of other people is not really a fault. Many of the problems that we are having now can be traced directly to the existence of capitalism.

yes capitalism is bad in most cases i can attest to that but communism is not any better.
and socialism sadly eventually turns into communism. i myself am an anarchist, though i don't say it is the solution to anything i don't believe there is any solution at all, life is a series of troubles, peace doesn't exist, my anarchism is just me being tired of the shit governments sprouts.
