Yeap absolutely, same reason @OlderAndWiser can complain about getting shot if he voted for firearm rights. Just because you vote a certain way doesn't mean you lose your right to complain about being the victim of a violent crime.

Actually, I never voted for firearm rights, because it has never been on the ballot; it is on the Constitution. And you never voted to allow illegal immigrants in the country, because that wasn't on the ballot, either. All that someone can say, at most, is that perhaps you voted for a president who allowed that to happen, but voting for a candidate doesn't mean you agree with everything they say and do. Many people voted for Trump and actually think he acts stupid half the time, but they agree with most of his agenda.
