If it wasn't a problem, they wouldn't be trying to fix it. The Dems that are mad about the change pretty much know they're bullshit is the reason for the change. The Dems are not really all that mad though since 78% of them support voter ID.

Now, with all that said, I'm going to scroll down and read the few pathetic excuses given as to why an ID card should't be produced when voting for the outcome of this country... while you still need to produce an ID card for basically anything else.

There's a video of Elizabeth Warren, whose maiden name is Herring, claiming that married women who take their husband's name will be denied voting by the SAVE act.

Is she afraid that she won't be able to vote? Of course not. She knows how to deal with the name change, and has done that herself. Maybe she should just explain that simple process... It involves a marriage certificate... to the American people.

by the way, the Federal government already has a legal requirement to be notified within 60 days of a name change, which means married women have already done the process.

1the latest BS from democrats is that millions of married women will be disenfranchised because the name on their birth certificate does not match the name on their drivers licenses. A few years ago my wife figured out how the get a Real ID and her birth certificate did not have her married name on it. I told my wife that she should make a You Tube video explaining just how to do this.

@Dargil No such thing is possible. A felon can get an ID card. I have issued a valid ID card to persons at the State organization where I work. Any person that shows up with a birth certificate, or any document that shows he/she is legally in the country can get an ID card. Maybe not a driver's license, for various reasons, but they can get an ID card

i would say certain homeless people might have trouble getting one. i don't know how the process of getting an id works in the US but here, if you're homeless, you don't have an adress of residence and without an adress of residence basically you can't do anything in our bureaucracy.

Here's an idea Go out and collect some homeless bring them home and give them a place to live then go ahead and get their ID. if a birth certificate is required and they don't have one That is called shit out of luck. Nothing in the Constitution prohibits you from being shit out of luck.
