Honestly, they say what they are told to say. If the too of the party says Cheeto, they all say Cheeto. If they say Nazi, they all start saying Nazi. Many are simple people on the Left and need simple words.

Notice also that each year has a theme, pussy hats, BLM, George Floyd, ICE… it is all a choreographed show for simple minds and then they move on.
