Do you agree putting words in capital letters doesn’t mean or make a person automatically right about a certain subject?

When talking about a subject some people tend to write random words in capital letters. For example they would write something like “it is NOT” instead of just “it is not.”

I don’t see how putting random words in capital letters automatically makes or means a person is right about a certain subject. It’s just capital letters.

“this IS bad” instead of just “this is bad.”

“this person WAS born in (enter country name)” instead of “this person was born in (enter country name.”

“you are a MORON” instead of “you are a moron.”

“this SHOULD not happen.” instead of just “it shouldn’t happen.

I don’t get why some people think putting words in capital letters makes them right
