I don't know if it's "how many", but "which ones". Right now, I think it would be the US, the UK, Russia, China, and Iran.

it is localized in the middle east even if all 100 countries sent ships it is not a world war. if north korea used nukes and we u. s. replied it would be called ww3.

It is a limited World War now, but Nukes used and that probably does it. Because every country left will think they are next.
