5.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Signing the Balfour Declaration in 1917, promising the creation of a Jewish "homeland" in Palestine.
The people who lived in Palestine were never consulted or even considered.
There were close to 700,000 Muslims, Christians and Jews living there in harmony with modern cities, fishing fleets, thriving agriculture and industry. To put that in perspective, there were just over 103 million people in the U. S., which was over 400x the size of Palestine. In other words, Palestine was over 2.7x more densely populated than the U. S.
Israel was never about the "holocaust". It was a British colonial project in collaboration with the Rothschilds. And there was a racist motive, as well.
The Zionists from eastern Europe, who began arriving there in the 1930s, introduced terrorism. From the beginning, they intended to displace the population, not live in harmony as neighbors.
Up to 15,000 unarmed Palestinians were brutally murdered and over 750,000 were driven from their homes by Zionist terrorist gangs in 1948 alone.
That program continues to this very day.
If Israel had not been established by colonial barbarians, countless deaths, unspeakable suffering, and immeasurable destruction would not of occurred. History and culture would have been preserved. Muslims, Christians and Jews would have continued to live side by side as friends and neighbors. Tourism to the Holy Land would have continued to prosper. And there would be no terrorism.

Would it make you feel better knowing that 6 million Jews were murdered during WWII? I guess they are trying to make sure it doesn't happen again.

@NoDecision. The Balfour Declaration was signed in 1917, way before Nazis came to power. So what was the excuse?
Yiddish Colonists from Eastern Europe began arriving in Palestine as early as the 1930s but they separated themselves from the people who already lived there. They acted like colonists, not good neighbors.
Palestinians initially embraced and assisted Jewish refugees. Why did the colonists turn around, drive the Palestinian inhabitants out and steal their homes and land.
After 1945, the danger to Jews in Europe was over. Many returned to their homes. There was no more need for a "homeland".
Why do Israelis behave far worse than Nazis?
- 2 mo
I can't excuse anyone's behavior. That land was given to the Jews by God as their "promised land" over 2,000 years ago. They were ordered by God to drive out all the tribes that occupied "Their gifted land" such as the Hittites and Amorites. I'm sure the Philistines and Goliath were also included. Jerusalem, the Jews holy city, was built a long time ago and destroyed. The Jews were then taken into captivity and passed around as slaves. They finally busted out of Egypt with Moses and wandered in the desert for 40 years. Then they get spread all over the world once again. In 1948 they reclaimed their land. And they have been there ever since. Do you think that such a small nation would be able to kick all their attackers' asses, such as Egypt and Syria, who sneak attacked them twice, without God's help?

Well, there is one way you will ever know for sure.

6 million jews and 5 million non jews. The non jews get forgotten about
- 2 mo
@KimmySchmit in WW2 die around 70 millions people, witch around 6 millions in the specific event of the holocaust.
The german-USSR pact is the key. - 2 mo
@Alexandrubaschet08 there were 11 million on the death camps, 6 million were jews.
The German-USSR pact being deleted may have not changed anything. Especially in regards to the fate of those in the Holocaust. If you want to change anything, then change the French standing back in 1939 while the entire German army was in Poland instead of invading Germany. - 2 mo
@KimmySchmit If you delete the pact, Germany will not invade Poland widow the safety of USSR.
WW2 started because of the Ribbentrop - Molotov Pact and it drag even East Europe in it.
You will not have Poland invasion.
No Winter War.
No Baltic states anexed.
No Romania invasion and later deathly hostility from it.
You will not need to make concentration camps and all Jews can run out of Germany.
France and UK have more time to prepare seen Germany rise. (because germany develop with the help of USSR because of that pact as well).

Yeah I think fair rights are good
- 2 mo
@BrittneyHl men and women should of had equal rights since the beginning of the time because both are humans, men and women were created to complete each other, support each other and love each othe, not the opposite way around...
P. S: same rights doesn't mean same roles, a man is a man and a woman is a woman...

18 Reply- 2 mo
Unfortunatly that is beyond your power.
God/Jesus will oppose it.
Opinion Owner2 moJesus would be dead and God couldn't even stop a woman from eating an apple
- 2 mo
God was not guarding the tree.
God put the one and only rule and let the man be free on he decision, because God is love.
Jesus come back to like in 3 days and that one is unstopable.
Opinion Owner2 moSo an all powerful, all present and all knowing being can't stop a bitch from eating a fruit? And somehow all love when he punishes humans for thousands of years, because the first two ate fruit he left in the garden for some reason?
Funny how the ONLY ones claiming he came back, are the same ones who weren't even there.- 2 mo
God does not keep us on a leash like a dog!
Like a parent who cares for his child, said not to eat the apple, even though he looked at us and we at the apple, the child/we still decided to eat.
And so the parent teaches us that there are consequences.
The great unknown that neither you nor I know is, when and how it will all end?
And also why did it all happen this way.
We, like the child who bears the consequences for disobeying the parent, do not understand why it was so important not to eat from a simple magic apple, that being the only rule set.
We believe that nothing happens, that there is a truth hidden behind the rules, that even if we did a stupid thing or we cannot escape without being responsible for our actions.
God demonstrates that there is cause and effect and it remains for us to wait for the final result of this great plan.
Opinion Owner2 moSounds an awful lot like excuses you're spewing
- 2 mo
I know that you and many others want a God who will glorify you, not you him.
Although everything that exists is his creation, and nothing is ours.
You want a god who will keep you on a leash and tell you exactly what you are not allowed to do, like a dog.
At that moment, we are no longer free, God is no longer benevolent because he restricts you, and leads in his name.
So from then until now it is everyone's choice whether to worship him or not.
You do or do not do what he says.
You listen to him or you look for another (who does not exist).
It is like being lost in a labyrinth, he calls you on the right path, but you want to go as you want and end up in places you did not want.
You are free and God in that way is good. - 2 mo
He knows you are stubborn, that you want to prove your own action, but God does not stop you.
He tells you where to go to get to him, although he knows that you want to do it your way, although it is not always good.
It is not an excuse, it is the same as a gentle parent-child relationship.

Asker2 moTrue, sometimes our own past feels like the biggest ‘history’ we wish we could rewrite.
But, do you think removing it would make life better, or just different?
Opinion Owner2 moI think it would be much better.
Asker2 moI can understand that feeling.
Some events really change our lives in ways we never asked for.
If you’re comfortable sharing, what kind of event was it?
Asker2 moSometimes the moments we wish we could erase are the ones that leave the deepest scars on our hearts, the kind that quietly shape who we become and how we see the world.
And honestly, no one should have to carry that kind of weight alone.
Opinion Owner2 moWell, there were several of such events, but let's say that some of them were related to unrequited love.
Asker2 moUnrequited love can leave some of the deepest scars.
Loving someone with all your heart and realizing the feeling isn’t returned can be incredibly painful.
Experiences like that can quietly shape how we see love, trust, and even ourselves.
I’m really sorry you had to go through something like that.
Opinion Owner2 moYou are right, that's exactly what it feels like. Thank you for understanding.
Asker2 moYou’re welcome.. 😊
Sometimes the deepest wounds are the ones we carry quietly inside, the kind that shape how we love, how we trust, and how we see ourselves.
I’m really glad you felt understood, even if just for a moment.
I truly hope that with time, life has been a little kinder and gentler with your heart.
Opinion Owner2 moThanks, I hope so too :)
Asker2 moI truly hope it does.
Sometimes life leads us through painful chapters before it guides us to the love and peace our hearts deserve.
Please cheer up and never lose hope. God bless you.
I’ve always believed that when 2 people are truly meant for each other, life has its own quiet way of bringing them back together sooner or later.
And when someone is not meant to stay, no matter how tightly we try to hold on, they may still slip from our hands.
So keep your faith, I believe God will one day place the right person in your life, someone who will love you in the way your heart truly deserves. 😊
