Trump didn't like coming off as agreeable but that doesn't always translate to them being a dictator.

Obama was very well spoken yet he has arrested more whistle-blowes under the espionage act than any president before him. Not to mention secretly obtaining phone records from the AP and monitoring Fox News journalist James Rosen's communications.

Oh yeah and he used ICE in the same manner as Trump did under Tom Homan and the media sung his praises and the democrat areas allowed him to do his work.

So all I am saying is I take his actions more seriously than how he acts.
