Where is the current Middle East conflict heading, especially with Iran?

Since the Iran war is illegal that means NATO isn’t required to help.
NATO is designed to respond when an ally country who is a member of NATO is attacked. NATO wasn’t designed to support a member that initiates an offensive or illegal war. The USA was the country who dropped missiles at Iran first.

Trump will offer a deal, they will refuse. America will keep bombing. The war will stop when America decides it's not going to make a profit.

I imagine that there will be a regime change. The top 3 tiers of leaders have been killed and the military has been decimated. The majority of people want a regime change and it will just take little push to get it done.

@blackeagle007 here, thinking you are most probably correct, looking at the history of Iran/Iraq/Syria. Would be nice to see some future good come of it, but like you I don't see it happening/

Meanwhile 60%+ of the Iranian population and 90% of the diaspora are non-Muslim. Much of the top leadership of the regime are dead. Portions of the military leadership have already defected.
