Until the Republican base gets the message that they truly are doomed if some major changes don't happen soon. There is already a slight cracking in the solidarity of that group and if you just look around instead of listening to maga blowhards, X, most media they are going to lose worse in 2026 than they ever believed they could.

The worry point is about who owns the voting machines. Dominion Voting Systems was acquired by Liberty Vote, a company led by Scott Leiendecker, a former Republican election official, who claimed it was done to insure fair elections after the 2020 accusations. Now he faces the same accusations before there's even an election: how can you be trusted not to tamper with the vote?

Just imagine if the GOP holds their positions, all on oh-so-close votes, and maintains control of both houses and local and state governments. Who in their right mind is going to believe that? Umm, that would be the same people who believe Trump won every swing state in 2024. It's going to be a shit show, Katie.

The MAGAS have been blowing that horn since Jan 2020 and not any evidence of any spot in the entire US was there any mass cheating

I worked as an election volunteer in Georgia for the last two elections. I am well aware of the process. I was one of the people recounting paper ballots in 2020. The problem that could occur is in the processing units before the machines get turned over to the individual states and municipalities. Georgia is now one of 5 states that uses DRE, or Direct Recording Electronics, which offer no paper back ups. Louisiana, Delaware, New Jersey and S. Carolina are the others.

There is cause for concern, is my point.
