Was Steve Bannon really cleared unanimously by the court?

no... that's not exactly how it works

Bannon was already prosecuted, convicted and jailed too (four months in prison)

at the time... The Supreme Court was asked to intervene, and the SCOTUS refused to take the case, pretty much said "don't bother me with this petty stuff... it is the job of the lower courts to handle this petty shit" and that was it... Bannon went to jail for few months

and now, once again... there was a case for Bannon to be "cleared" of such conviction, and again... they asked the Supreme Court to intervene, to which SCOTUS has given the same answer... they refused to take the case with a "don't bother me with this petty shit, it goes back to the lower courts, that's their job"

so Bannon is not cleared... but a lower court might just "dismiss" the conviction, which is mostly a symbolic act, lol

He might have been. I found it too depressing to even read about how they favored him and let him get away with illegal acts.
