They are indeed real and yes, we should be very worried. China already has exceeded America's military in some ways including their Navy which now has more ships than ours.

The moment their military capability becomes greater than ours, America will no longer exist.

China puts on a show a lot to show how advanced they are. Most of their technology is stolen, meaning that they were not first. Elon Musk in the US is preparing robots to go to the moon and Mars. Now that is something. Japan has had dancing robots for 25 years.

China’s trickery is all over the place including their Navy. They have 150 small patrol boats that stay in shallow waters. So in number they have exceeded the US but in size, power, mass and tonnage they are small:

Oh and Ukraine just used robots and machines without people to take a Russian position this week. First time ever. The Ukrainians are the one to watch, not China when it comes to drones and now robots and unmanned, from AI:

Yes, China has been stealing US technology for decades with the help of Chinese spies which are rampant within our borders such as the one called Fang Fang who slimeball Congressman Eric Swalwell had an affair with and the Democrats kept him on the congressional intelligence committee in spite of it. And God only knows how many Chinese spies infiltrated under the Democrat's open borders under Biden. We do know that there was a huge number of Chinese nationals that entered the country illegally under Biden's regime.

But the fact that they steal the technology only makes them MORE of a threat, not less.

@RingOfFire. I agree with you that we should be concerned about China BUT… what you said about the navy is and isn’t correct. Yes they have more ships than the U. S. but they have a lot of small costal ships. The U. S. has more aircraft carriers and more unclear submarines.
And yes China steals all the tech they can. They built an F-35 from the plans stole from the U. S. before the US got one built.

It is impressive but it should be remembered that it is scripted. These robots were programmed and possibly built for this show.

They could well be incapable of performing simple tasks such as walking down a staircase or run over uneven ground.

The most you can take out of it is these robots have about the same degrees of freedom of movement that a person would have.

It’s not remote controlled. It’s AI-driven imitation learning. Real Martial artists or acrobats performed the moves with sensors on their body. The AI Van practices the moves millions of times in a digital simulation.

As far as military applications go I'd be more worried about things like semi-autonomous drones. Things lock optically on a target and can't be jammed after that.

And you are wrong, these are not remote controlled. What possible good would it be if they were remote controlled? The computer is inside the robot.
