What would a pro-Russian Romania mean for European and Ukrainian security?

1. Romania is the country with the longest border with Ukraine.
2. Romania is the only country in the EU and NATO with direct access to the Ukrainian front, in terms of logistical transportation of supplies to Ukraine, whether humanitarian or military.
3. Romania has the largest port on the Black Sea (Constanta port), which is a gateway for the transport of Ukrainian grain.
4. Romania supports the EU and US plans for military, economic and political-diplomatic security, refusing to be an obstacle to reforms and aid that can strengthen the security of Romania, Europe and Ukraine. This could change very soon, becoming a country hostile to all these partners.
5. Romania does not have a parliamentary majority, with around 6 political parties in parliament, only one of which is pro-democratic. Despite a pro-EU/NATO/US president, the parliament holds a very large power in the country's governance. Two parties are going to form a new government, one made up of former communists and the other with Russophiles with bans on the international scene.

It would be a very serious danger for the entire European region and Ukraine.

Nothing bad will happen, the situation will just stagnate.

I was going to stay neutral, but since a pro-Russian Romania would allow Russia some leverage over the EU, it might prevent an EU war with Russia that the psychopaths in Berlin and Brussels are planning. And if they do start a war, they have a better chance of losing it, leading to the absolute collapse of the EU and thus to freedom for all the European nations. This is clearly a positive scenario. At worst, we avoid a war, at best, the EU collapses.

All EU and NATO countries are preparing for any kind of scenario in which RUSSIA would attack NATO!
NATO is a defensive alliance!

That is your own ignorant opinion. Australia is very important to deter China in a posible conflict, military or economically, making alliance with the "3 tigers of Pacific" Japan, S. Korea and Taiwan.
Holding strong partnership with USA and NATO for security. Plans of a posible Pacific NATO are been discussed in the region.
Australia even keeping up with their militarization and use nuclear submarines. (making some economic cheating on France). Still this show that thei are committed for peace and stability not just for their own country but for the Pacific region as well.

Don't you mean Bulgaria? Because Romania had their general elections in 2025 and the independent, Ukraine friendly candidate Nicusor Dan won. What seems to be the problem?

That the governament in about to colaps in 2 days. The president have no much power. Nicusor Dan can represent the country internationaly.
But all the big projects and action are been taken first by the Parlament and them after by the governament.
The problem is that from the curent government PSD (the biggest party) widrow its own suport for the pro-EU coalition for the governament.

So now will be:
1. A minority governament, pro-EU, who can be take down any time the parlament want.
2. A governament made of ex-communists and pro Russians.

I don't think will succeed to do that. Romania hate Russia and Romania never invade another nation in its entire history.
