Have you noticed how most Americans are brainwashed to believe that if they don't have a romantic partner or kids, that they are alone?

Most Americans need a romantic relationship instead of wanting one. And they say they are alone without it, which is bull because there is family or friends. If their family sucks they can get good (true friends). They revolve everything around them. They think they are alone too if they don't have kids. Is it because in America people suck at friendships and being I contact with their family past 18? In other countries they are excellent with family and friends.
