i think the whole argument that "if you're gonna tax millionaires, they'll just leave" is false. cause leaving has a cost. you just have to tax them so much that the cost of leaving isn't cheaper. cause their assets aren't all liquid. a huge part of it is always invested in physical things that are expensive to re-locate. so i think taxing millionaires is smart. however if you're a millionaire, you're not dumb. you'll probably find ways to avoid taxation.
