Most male friendships are surface leveled. Most males only talk about sports, etc. A lot more females are fine being single and want instead of need a relationship because they talk about things beyond surface level with their friends. Many men only talk about their feelings with their romantic partner.

Men don’t have communities because it’s manlier to be an island. And when they do have communities they don’t talk about their feelings because it’s manlier to be stoic and feel nothing. This pattern also applies to any health issues they experience, because it’s manlier to be able to solve everything yourself, even heart problems. The only reason men “need” relationships to women is because patriarchal society tells them that a woman is the only person where vulnerability is allowed, giving her a massively unfair burden to carry as they hope their partner solves their problems. Easiest way to make sure that doesn’t happen is to wake up, break the obviously oppressive patterns you were taught, and become a better person as you achieve something closer to enlightenment.
