I think I prefer trailers. You can park them, still use your truck and save on fuel.

Some friends of mine have a trailer and a truck with a 5th wheel. The trailer has pop out sides, is huge, and has really nice appliances and furnishings. It is really comfortable and even has solar power and a satellite dish.
