Is it time to redesign the US flag to reflect modern America?

I was thinking that a more representative design might be a plain white flag with a huge dollar sign on one side and a picture of an AR-15 assault rifle on the other side.

My New Republic of the Americas Government.
Both the Office of President and Supreme Court would be abolished.
The people who write the laws will both interpret the law and enforce the law.

The amount of money wasted every 4 years on Presidential campaigns is completely INSANE.

There would be one governing body composed of both Senators and Representatives. Senators would get two votes and Representatives would get one vote. You would be required to have a 67% majority to pass any new law or spending bill at Federal Level. To create a constitutional amendment requires a 75% majority vote, which is NOT ratified by the people, because common people are not educated enough to make a rational legal decision. The purpose of Government is that common people are incapable of governing themselves and need to be ruled over by educated and more moral people. To Veto a vote, Two Senators from each of the two leading parties (for a total of four senators) must agree to Veto the vote.

War Powers are held by this Congress and they would appoint a single Five-Star General who must carry out the operations of waging war when it becomes necessary. No civilian would make military decisions when necessary, because presumably an actual general trained in the military academies would know more about war than civilians.

We would not be subject to Geneva Convention, because Geneva Convention is not realistic warfare. There are no rules in real warfare, and anyone who thinks there are rules is a fool.

The state's Governor will appoint Senators.
Representatives are voted in by popular vote.

There would be ONE definition of Criminal Law for the entire nation and States and local Legislatures would be abolished. There would be ONE government and ONE tax code. This would greatly reduce the long-term tax burden on people of every income level. There would no longer be State legislatures and "City Halls" with city and state governments.

I am a Second Amendment supporter. Guns themselves are not bad but sometimes the people behind them and their motives are. We fail to address the underlying causes that result in violence. If we were to descend into societal collapse all while chaos is unleashed, wouldn't you want methods to defend yourself and your family? If there were a break-in or if someone was maliciously pursuing you because maybe they didn't like you or your past actions, wouldn't you want to strengthen your defensive tactics? If a government became tyrannical and was trying to take your land and your possessions, wouldn't you want your armed neighbors to bind together in show of opposition? If you remove weapons from law-abiding citizens, what makes you believe criminals will not find ways to get a hold of firearms?

Now greed on the other hand?: That most certainly is one of our biggest issues right now. Greed, pride, hostility, negligence, lack of accountability, selfishness, elitism, and polarization have plagued and dismantled our nation.

@Sevenpointfive we are repeating most of exactly what happened during the time of legal slavery in the United States. People generally did not whip or mistreat slaves too much because if the slaves died or got very sick or ran away successfully, they would lose the money that they paid for them. Even then, slaves were relatively expensive. So, just like an expensive animal, you wanted to take good care of them. That, however, does not mean that were not slaves. I'm going to get somebody to tell you exactly what they want you to do all the time, and you have to do it. And that you're going to do all of the work that they can possibly pile on you, and see how utopian your life is.
