Do you agree most people who picked on others when they were kids don't ever change?

Most don't. Most don't feel bad for what they did ever and are assholes in some way for the rest of their life.

In a way of speaking. They grow, they take on responsibilities. They may even let the things they did go. But they were an a**hole before and that doesn't ever really leave them. They just leave childish ways of expressing it. You put them in the right situation and they would revert right back to it, yes. And for what it's worth I think it's important to understand to them, they weren't a bully. In they're mind this is just that natural order of things. You can't expect someone to change something that they don't even understand is wrong.

in my experience... most of them change

all of those I met as kids... most of them, I met them again as teens, young adults... etcétera... the majority of them grew up and out of that

but not all, no

Most don't actually change because when I posted online before how it is ironic how many of the bullied become successful, a lot of the people on here were doing mental gymnastics. Most bullies don't change. If they changed they would be like"Yeah that is ironic."

They would be like "yeah, we deserve for this to happen, because we were such assholes to them, this is their revenge, this is something they deserve because we were assholes for them being nerdy." They instead do mental gymnastics and it is obvious they don't feel bad for what they did, said, etc in the past.

I would say, YES! I worked for State Parks, and it was SO obvious which rangers were bullies in school.

People who lack empathy don't generally gain more of it in later life. If anything if they had any to begin with they tend to lose it
