no way! if the issue is just numbers, who will watch these kids after school? if the issue was infertile then this is a solution. but that is not why people have only one kid. they don't want the hassle of another kid. meanwhile INDIA makes enough new kids for both americas and Europe! humans won't go instinct.

We have this thing called: fucking! It usually works quite well to boost the population, if only enough people would participate in it on a very regular basis!!

Disagree. Birth rates are declining because people can’t afford to have families. If the world made sure that every person gets a fair living wage, not a minimum wage, then birth rates would level out. To start with.
